Revert version format

After the previous version, I change the version format back to just my version. The only reason is because I change the required dependency from Changed Addon Plus to Changed. And Changed Addon Plus is now optional.

More appearance fixes

I try to fix some small details in both Changed and Changed Addon Plus. Some beans fix problems are still exist and I will try to fix them in the next version.
