Backport of ChatCalc to NeoForge / Minecraft 1.21.1.

  • Supported Minecraft: 1.21.1 only.
  • Key fixes:
    • Mixin input-signature backport (avoids KeyEvent).
    • Click/Hover event compatibility restored for older mappings.
    • Tooltip fallback for EditBox (Reflection-based).
  • Built and dev-client tested on NeoForge 21.1.215.
