Changes
First release of ChatScope — a configurable live web dashboard for Minecraft chat (Fabric 1.21.11).
What it does
Mirrors your in-game chat, server info, and player list to a web page at http://localhost:25534, updated live over a WebSocket.
Highlights
- Configurable sections & filters — split chat into as many named sections as you want using your own regex patterns, and hide noise with filters. Everything is managed from an in-browser settings panel and applies instantly.
- Player list & profiles — tab-list style player list (heads, ping, game mode), Online/Offline tabs, and per-player profiles with an interactive 3D skin viewer and full logged message history (searchable, paginated).
- Per-server chat log stored locally in SQLite, one table per server.
- Minecraft colours and hover tooltips preserved, dark/light theme, accessibility mode, mention sound, live viewer count, chat search, and text export.
Install
Drop chatscope-1.0.2.jar and the Fabric API into your Minecraft 1.21.11 mods folder, launch, and open http://localhost:25534.
See the README for how to configure sections and filters.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
