ChatTranslationMod allows you to translate both chat messages and your own messages. Supported languages include English, Spanish, French, Russian, German, and several others.
Unfortunately, messages are not translated directly in the chat itself. However, the mod menu includes a "Message History" button, where you can select chat messages you want to translate.
