Changes
Added
- Added per-dimension sky toggles, allowing Cirrus sky effects to be enabled independently of clouds
- Added resource-pack defaults for sky visibility in each dimension
- Added customizable star colour palettes affecting stars, the North Star, and shooting stars
- Added per-biome aurora controls, including resource-pack defaults, individual overrides, and controls for unlisted biomes, with smooth blending between nearby biomes
- Added a "Keep End Glass" option, off by default, that preserves the glass after the dragon dies. Defeat beams still play and fade out without shattering or a flash.
Improved
- Improved cloud rendering performance
- Reduced lightning rendering overhead
Fixed
- Fixed clouds disappearing at low terrain render distances
- Fixed End Glass being difficult to see with the vanilla End sky
- Fixed Aether cloud layers rendering above the islands on Minecraft 1.21.1.
- Fixed sky colours, cloud fades, and smooth time transitions ignoring custom daylight cycle lengths from datapacks on Minecraft 1.21.11 and 26.x
- Fixed sky transition stutter and flickering with AmbientSounds on Minecraft 1.21.11 and 26.x
- Fixed a crash when entering worlds with scaled rendering resolutions
- Fixed horizon fog matching changing colour or fading when looking above or below the horizon, including during sunrise and sunset

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
