reworked EVERYTHING from how rendering in the hud works to the config so lets start from the config

removed all dependencies and reworked config now configw would be by clicking the hud elements you can also use mod menu to access the config

still missing some features such as scaling and removing the padding and text shadow

currently would be in beta until done temporarily™ rendering in the hud is done in a very hotfix way hope to change that soon™
