Changes

• fixed clock spawning on 0,0 on first load of game regardless of config now first appears where it should in the place set by the config
• added config wrapping when config goes out of screen
• added the option to edit background's padding size for x and y
• sorted some ui things so now config would be more accessible and easy to use
• fixed shadow button being in the corner of the screen instead of next to the text box
