Cloud Swords Mod
A cloud computing-themed tech & magic mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Fabric)
Ever wondered what AWS Lambda would look like as a Minecraft sword? Or what if your armor progression mirrored cloud certification levels? Cloud Swords turns cloud computing concepts into engaging game mechanics — swords with service-inspired abilities, spellbooks that cast "cloud operations," machines with energy networks, and a full villager economy.
Built for developers, cloud engineers, and gamers who love RPG content mods.

🎓 Learn Cloud by Playing
This mod isn't just content — it's a learning tool. Every mechanic maps to a real cloud computing concept:
- Lambda sword = serverless ephemeral compute
- S3 sword = object storage with put/get operations
- EC2 sword = auto scaling + spot instances
- Armor progression = cloud certification levels
- Energy network = distributed systems with BFS routing
- Villager economy = service catalog with tiered pricing
- Caravan merchants = cloud marketplace with loyalty programs
Play the game, learn the cloud. ☁️⚔️
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
