Cobblemon Info for REI / JEI / EMI

Fixed

• Form aspects now display cleanly — "Alolan" instead of "Region Bias=alola", "Female" instead of "gender=female"
• Obtainment items and blocks now show their actual in-game names from the registry instead of ID-derived text
• Biome tag qualifiers no longer leak through (e.g., "Dry" instead of "Dry/overworld")
• Path separators in structure/block IDs cleaned up for display
• Pokémon type names in tooltips now use Cobblemon's own translated names

Removed

• Dead BUCKET_LABELS and PRESET_LABELS maps superseded by localized functions
• Unused formatItemId method in ObtainmentInfo
