Cobblemon Info for REI / JEI / EMI

Added

• Ability tooltips: hover over any ability in Pokédex Info or Forms to see its description
• Move tooltips: hover over any move row in Moves to see type, category, power/acc/PP, and description
• Diagnostic logging for species with spawn data but no species info entry

Fixed

• Text overflow on long structure names, dimensions, and exclusion lists in spawn panels
• Comma-separated lists (structures, blocks, exclusion biomes) now wrap correctly at comma boundaries
• Individual items wider than the panel are now clipped with ellipsis instead of overflowing
• Species names with namespace prefixes (e.g. from addon datapacks) are now correctly stripped for consistent lookup
