Cobblemon Info for REI / JEI / EMI

• JEI: R-key (recipe) lookup now works — pressing R on a Pokémon shows all its info (spawns, stats, evolutions, etc.), not just U (usage). Both keys now show the same data.
• Form/variant entries are now searchable — alternate forms (Alolan, Galarian, Mega, regional variants, fakemon forms) are registered as separate browsable entries in REI, JEI, and EMI
• Form-specific lookups — clicking R or U on a form entry shows stats, moves, evolutions, type chart, and other data specific to that form
• Form search indexing — forms are searchable by their own name AND their base species name (e.g., searching "Vulpix" also finds "Alolan Vulpix")
• Form tooltip — form entries show "Form of [Base Species]" in the tooltip
• New config option registerFormEntries (default: true) to toggle form entry registration
• Evolution chain builder now picks up fakemon forms with custom evolution lines
