Cobblemon Flan v1.1.8
Changes since v1.1.5
Bug Fixes - Fixed a crash on startup caused by Koin's dependency on kotlin.uuid.Uuid, which triggers a NoSuchMethodError
(HexExtensionsKt.getBYTE_TO_LOWER_CASE_HEX_DIGITS) when other mods bundle conflicting Kotlin stdlib versions
Internal
- Removed Koin dependency injection framework entirely — the mod now uses direct instantiation, making it significantly more compatible with diverse mod setups
- Upgraded to Kotlin 2.3.10 / Fabric Language Kotlin 1.13.9
- Smaller JAR size due to no longer bundling Koin
Compatibility
- All existing config files and Flan permission settings are fully compatible — no changes needed on your end
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
