Wonder of Jetia || Raises all of the ability-bearer's stats by 1 stage and boosts all moves by 50% when any terrain is active

custom habitats:

rebalance: all pokemon except smolcery and smolcremie have had a total rework of movesets and abilities and stats!

alphas: the following pokemon have fixed alpha eyes, the rest of the mons are still not fixed/added:

vegonk, squashologne M, dodrio (pre-evos have shut eyes so no need), falegends, regifurr, regisecto, stufful, bewear

speciated forms: chomppest has a new look/rebalance, new obtainment method (lvl 100 fidough) and an achievement for obtaining!
