Cobblemon Hostile Neural Networks Compat

Added "optional" flag to loot fabricator drop table because Cobblemon versions after 1.7 no longer include the sacred_ash item by default (requires Cobblemon Unimplemented Items) even though it is still present in the loot table.

Fixed an issue where some names like Ho-oh and Farfetch'd were using incorrect identifiers because of punctuation characters.

Attempted once again (unsuccessfully) to resolve issue where display NBT values are not respected by the renderer, and resolve scaling issues for wide Cobblemon.
