Changes

Fixed all my custom evo's that required held items. With 1.7 they changed so if the condition is level up and the consume held item option was true, it consumed the held item without giving the evolution. Here's the list of all the fixed evos:

Thwackey > McBoom, Hitmonlee > Hitmontoji, Kaymon > Rhaayn, Escavalier > Cyber Blade, Crozma > Ultra/Cyber Crozma, Frogadier > Noxivine, Scyther > Mawor
