Cobblemon Trainer Structures 1.5.1

The spawn rates for Stadiums have been significantly reduced. Previously they were spaced a minimum of 800 blocks apart, but now there's a minimum of 4000 blocks between them. I would appreciate feedback on whether this change makes Stadiums feel too rare or if they still spawn too often.
Fixed Stadium spawn conditions a bit. They can no longer spawn on hills, mountains, rivers, or oceans. This won't completely solve the terrain-cutting issue since stadiums are so large that they can still intersect rivers, mountains etc even when they spawn in plains biomes but it should help.
