Summary
This update makes PC upgrades and the Remote PC much more configurable on the server side.
Added
- Added a server config option to choose the required tier before the Remote PC can be used
- Added separate options to enable or disable Remote PC use in hand, through keybind, and through Trinkets
- Added support for changing the required item for each upgrade
- Added support for changing the required amount for each upgrade
- Added support for changing the displayed names of tiers
Improved
- Improved Remote PC progression so it can now be reserved for a specific tier such as Nether Star
- Improved server flexibility by allowing Remote PC unlock difficulty to be adjusted without editing mod code
- Improved upgrade cost customization for server economy balancing
- Improved tier display customization without changing internal tier ids
Notes
- Internal tier ids should not be modified in the config
- Recommended config values to edit are
displayName,cost.item,cost.count,remotePc.requiredTier,remotePc.enabled,remotePc.allowItemUse,remotePc.allowKeybind, andremotePc.allowTrinket - By default, the Remote PC is configured to be available starting from the Nether Star tier
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
