Features Include (everything is configurable):

• MoveCooldown (add an interval to switching moves, disabling abuse)
• Adds a per-Pokémon Rare Candy cap (default 25) to prevent unlimited level boosting.
• Introduces a shared enhancement allowance per Pokémon (default 30) covering IV candies/Hyper Training plus other stat boosters (vitamins, feathers, mochi, mints).
• Optional chance-based enhancement failures once IV thresholds are reached
• Enforces a configurable move-change cooldown to stop rapid move swapping.
• Fully configurable config.json + messages.json with &/hex color support; auto-fills missing keys and trims obsolete ones.
• Includes /cobbleqol reload for hot-reloading configs/messages without restarting the server.
