Summary

This update improves the Raid Dens and CobbleSafari integrations by making their alerts clickable and compatible with the CSAR UI system.

Improved Raid Dens alerts so they can now open a dedicated CSAR UI view
Improved Raid Dens interactions so coordinates can be used for position teleportation and the nearest player can be used for player teleportation
Improved the Raid Dens UI with useful raid information, including Pokémon, level, difficulty, biome, nearest player, and coordinates
Improved CobbleSafari alerts so they can now open a dedicated CSAR UI view
Improved CobbleSafari interactions so coordinates can be used for position teleportation and the nearest player can be used for player teleportation
Improved the CobbleSafari UI with useful portal information, including destination, world, nearest player, and coordinates
Improved Raid Dens and CobbleSafari teleport handling so they now follow the same anti-spam behavior as classic CSAR alerts
