Added a new Coin to buy bundles (1 coin = 1 bundle) — temporary model

Added a new block type: ATM. You can now obtain coins by right-clicking this block.

Two possibilities with this block:

If you have Cobbledollars installed, you can get 1 coin per right-click for $100,000, with no limit (as long as you have enough money 🙂).

If you don’t have Cobbledollars installed, you can purchase a coin through a vanilla-style interface: 1 coin = 50 emeralds.

The vendor now has a GUI to buy bundles. For now, it only includes one bundle set, but more will be added in the future.

These changes were made to make the mod easily scalable for adding new content, with minimal code changes — just add new items and cards, and modify loot tables.
