Minor update that dose some code changes to fix bugs and add more default entries. Also updated to 1.19.4.

- Implement default Condensed Entries for Enchantment Books, Tipped Arrows and Potions with configurability in the Mods Config
- New Config option to disable Condensed Entries Random Icon Rotation

- Fix bug with scrolling leading to the inability to smooth scroll at all
