Added Saucer Lights

  • Toggled when shift-clicked with an empty hand, or when powered with rising-edge redstone power (like a copper bulb) from the back.

Added beacon beam termination (configurable)

  • Beacon beams will now travel up to, but not past, tinted glass.
  • Effects still work; range is adjusted accordingly
