New Features

• Added quick crafting recipes for tools and weapons: you can now use 1 wooden plank instead of 2 sticks.
• Added upgrade recipes for tools and weapons: you can now craft stone tools from wooden ones, and iron tools from copper ones (refer to the screenshots in the README for details).

Fixes

• Adjusted the crossbow crafting recipe: slightly changed the input item layout.
• Fixed block drops for Wood and Stripped Wood variants: harvesting with Silk Touch now correctly drops the block itself instead of the Log version.
