Changes:
- Updated Going Ballistic for Create Big Cannons 5.11.7
- Changed the damage calculation formula to use a reduced-order impact model based on the Recht-Ipson ballistic-limit model
- Added compatibility with Sable
- Fixed Big Cartridges not producing any projectile velocity
- Fixed Autocannon projectiles not using fractional damage, causing most blocks to break instantly
- Fixed incorrect NBT data in the propellant definitions
