making molten echo now requires a superheated blaze burner
removed compacting method of making echo ingots
removed per-equipment sequenced assembly recipes
echo ingots now must be made in a create assembly line
added echo upgrade template, craftable with create's mechanical press
netherite armor and sword can now be upgraded in a smithing table, allowing enchantments to be retained (suggestion from @user_0q52d9hvzlczmb0u)
making echo cakes is now much cheaper, making them more viable compared to blaze cakes
minor other recipe tweaks
added several tags linked to molten echo
renamed liquid echo to molten echo in JEI tooltip
