Changes
Version 2.0.0
Added
- Beam Girder family (registered as
*_beam) — new plate-style girder blocks for andesite, brass, copper + 3 weathered + 4 waxed copper variants, weathered iron, and copycat, each with encased shaft and strut sub-variants. No Industrial Iron Beam — Industrial Iron is exclusive to the Truss family create_metal_girder_strut— a dedicated strut that bridges Create's own vanillacreate:metal_girderblocks- Strut block tag (
#createmoregirder:strut) covering all strut blocks, for use by data packs and cross-mod compatibility - Girder rendering on Create train tracks — girders now visually integrate with track paving
- Copycat Girder system — girders that adopt the texture of any block applied to them
Changed
- Renamed all girder block IDs for clarity:
*_girder→*_trussand*_metal_girder→*_beam(create_metal_girder_strutis unchanged). Display names follow suit (e.g.Brass Girder→Brass Truss,Brass Metal Girder→Brass Beam). Existing 1.x worlds are migrated automatically via Forge'sMissingMappingsEvent— placed blocks and stored items survive the rename
Fixed
- Fixed Copycat Girder dropping the applied texture block when broken in creative mode
- Fixed Copycat Girder recipes not loading correctly
- Fixed struts not appearing in schematic material lists
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
