Changes
- Major timing overhaul to remove playback “warble” and make note timing much more stable under load.
- Added server-client clock sync and scheduled note playback for tighter, more consistent rhythm.
- Improved synth timing precision for cleaner note onsets and better patch-change accuracy.
- Fixed multi-link routing so multiple linked holders (main hand/off hand, deployers, etc.) can all be heard at the same time.
- Fixed lingering/sustained notes when instruments are moved, removed, or when holders stop qualifying.
- Added stronger stop handling to prevent orphaned client voices from continuing to ring.
- Changed server-triggered stops to graceful release behavior so notes fade naturally instead of cutting abruptly.
- Added a tracker inactivity watchdog to auto-flush stuck in-flight notes when a tracker goes silent.
- Reduced first-use/equip hitch by prewarming synth instances in the background.
- Updated timing config/commands: introduced scheduling delay and clock-sync interval controls, plus timing diagnostics.
- Network protocol updated (CPNetwork v2), so all clients should update to this version for compatibility.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
