Beetroot and Potato critters now can work on blocks below crops

Critters that work on farms will try to stay within 32 blocks of any active Soul Roses

Using a Seed Ball on a Pumpkin critter will make it shoot that instead of the default, allowing you to choose what seeds it plants. Seed Balls shot by Pumpkin critters will plant fewer seeds than those shot by players.
