Update: Added Frost Powder: When this item is thrown, it increases the Frost Dust value of the current chunk.

Added a new mechanism: Infection Containment: When the Frost Dust value in a chunk exceeds 100,000, each random tick will check whether blocks have been replaced. If a block has been replaced, the ID of the replaced block will be marked as a suspected block. If more than 100 suspected blocks share the same ID, they will be identified as infected blocks, and Overgrown Smoldering Earth will generate, covering all infected blocks.
