When mobs spawn, if they have an attack damage greater than 1, there is now a 1% × (Regional Difficulty Factor / 10) chance for them to spawn with the Frost Powder effect. Additionally, they may spawn wearing Patterned Armor (This probability can be adjusted via the config file).

Updated the spawn eggs for mobs within the mod.

Reworked the Patterned Ruins; they are now large underground structures similar to Ancient Cities.
