Added health bonus to Necrotic Cloud Substance.

Necrotic Cloud Substance no longer increases Frost Dust value upon death.

Added Cloud Substance Block, which inflicts the Sore Rush effect on creatures that step on it. When destroyed, it will infect the surrounding blocks.

Necrotic Cloud Substance will generate a Cloud Substance Block upon death.

Added Root Luminance Block.

When a block is infected and the light level is insufficient, a Root Luminance Block may generate.

Added Glowing Root. Consuming it restores 6 points of saturation and has a chance to grant the Glowing and Frost Powder effects.

Root Luminance Blocks drop Glowing Roots when destroyed.

Changed Dead Ash Soil into a gravity-affected block.

Changed the damage of Creeping Smoldering Soil to 10 and added a Slowness effect.
