Changelog Translation:

Modified effect display. Permanent effects (Over-Rooting, Frost Powder generated by Over-Rooting, Life Multiplier, and Frost Avoidance generated by high Frost Dust levels) now appear as a glowing blue, similar to the Beacon and Conduit.

Over-Rooting now actively applies the Frost Powder effect if it is not already present.

Over-Rooting will no longer override the Frost Powder effect on nearby entities if they already have a higher level of the effect.

Added loot table and item form for the Cloud Substance Block.

The number of Cloud Substance Blocks dropped by the death of a Necrotic Cloud Substance is now related to the amount of Frostsore Cloud Substance it has absorbed.

Necrotic Cloud Substance no longer takes drowning damage.

Snowfall Taro-type entities will no longer leash players who do not have the Over-Rooting effect.

Added the experimental 'Winter Thorn' plant. It is currently unobtainable through natural generation.
