Additions

• Adds the ability to add multiple skill points to an infinite node at a time
  • Hold Shift to add 10 points by default
  • Hold Control to add 100 points by default
  • Hold both to add 1000 points by default
  • Adds new config options for these values:
    • shift_point_spend (10): Number of points to spend while you are holding shift. Range: 1 - 10000.
    • control_point_spend (100): Number of points to spend while you are holding control. Range: 1 - 10000.
