Adds the config screen

Allows modded blocks to be set as the background to the upgrade screen in the config option UPGRADE_SCREEN_BACKGROUND
Removes the dark background on the upgrade screen
BREAKING DATAPACK CHANGE : type in nodes was changed to limit. Old normal nodes are equivalent to limit=1 and old infinite nodes are equivalent to limit=0
- You can now set a limit greater than 1 to how many points can be put into a node
- Infinite unbreaking nodes now have a limit (still allows for 100% unbreaking)
- Backpack capacity is limited right now due to a change in how inventories are stored in 1.21. Will be fixed soon
Changes the texture of NOT and OR dependency lines to be different from the AND dependency lines

Fixes Crystal Elytra not getting skill points from enchantments on the Elytra used
Fixes backpack compressions not working and voiding items
