Implements Minecraft mechanics of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klsGsPY-Q9k
- includes copper rail (redstone level sensitive, 1 level = 0.1 blocks/tick
- removal of max speed gamerule
- made drag apply exponentially
- the values are configurble in config/cubiccarts.json on the server. the drag calculation uses EvalEx to be evaulated at runtime, the config has a file watcher and updates on filesave

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
