Changes:

- Added `cucumber:shaped_transfer_nbt` recipe type for transferring the NBT of an input item to the output item (for use in Mystical Agriculture)

- Added bonus damage stat to base Bow and Crossbow (for use in Mystical Agriculture)

- Added base Watering Can implementation from Pickle Tweaks (for use in Pickle Tweaks and Mystical Agricullture)

- Added usage animations and sounds to Watering Cans

- Scythes can now harvest Nether Wart

- Scythes will now play a crop harvest sound when a crop is harvested
