[BIG UPDATE] Decorative Storage

Release v.3.2004:

• Now all Crates can be stored items and blocks (use RightClick with item to put in basket and Shift + Right Click to get item from crate). System now in beta and will be improved! Write your issues and suggestions in my discord channel: https://discord.gg/mXqZ2WVY8h
• Now Crate can be stored up to 256 items (in future updates this amount will be increased using some cool items)
• Added translations for Crates Overlays
• Added translations for Full Crate message in chat
• Fixed bug with missing crafting recipe for barrel with tuff bricks (for NeoForge 1.21.1)
• Fixed bug with missing crafting recipe for crate with onions (For NeoForge 1.21.1)
• Improved ru_ru translations (Thanks Rfin) for trays
