Alpha multiloader release

• This release introduces the new multiloader layout for Minecraft 1.21.1.
• Fabric and NeoForge are now built and packaged as separate loader targets from the same codebase.
• This is an alpha release aimed at validating the new platform split and release flow before a stable build.

NeoForge support

• Added NeoForge loader support alongside the existing Fabric build.
• Updated loader entrypoints, metadata, and platform-specific registration so both loaders can ship from one project.
• NeoForge packaging now produces its own remapped jar for release and local testing.

Build and release fixes

• Fixed clean-build packaging so transformed common jars are generated before loader jars are assembled.
• Updated local build scripts to avoid configuration-cache failures in the current Architectury/Loom toolchain.
• Release automation now treats alpha tags as prereleases and publishes Fabric and NeoForge as alpha Modrinth versions under the same project.
