DiscTier

This mod makes it so if someone is verified through MCtiers, you can type in chat /discord <username>, and if they are verified than it will give you their discord id which you can copy and paste.

In this current version of the mod (version 1.0.0), when you do /discord , you will have to type their entire username, in later versions I hope to imrpove this.
