DMC's Improvements 5.0.2 ❄️🤩
⚠️ Required Dependency: TerraBlender (NeoForge) This version requires TerraBlender to run. Make sure you have it installed before launching the game!
Additions
- Added the new Ice Caves biome, featuring frozen formations, calcite, packed ice, giant ice formations, and unique underground terrain.
- Added Crevasses, natural cracks in Ice Caves covered with Brittle Ice and filled with water below.
- Added Brittle Ice, a fragile block that cracks when stepped on and eventually breaks. Strays and Frostbites can walk on it without breaking it. Water touching Blue Ice can also turn into Brittle Ice. It can be obtained using a pickaxe enchanted with Silk Touch.

Added Ice Crystals, naturally generating in Ice Caves and emitting a soft light. They can be placed on all full sides of blocks.

- Added Icicles, which naturally generate throughout the new Ice Caves biome and melt over time.

- Added Packed Ice Bricks and Snow Bricks with their decorative variants, including stairs, slabs, and walls. Packed Ice Bricks require a pickaxe to mine, while Snow Bricks require a shovel.

- Added Jukebox Playlists, allowing music discs stored in a chest above a Jukebox to play continuously in sequence.

- Added the Cold Sulfur Cube Archetype, which turns water into frosted ice when Blue Ice is inserted.

- Added the What Goes Around Comes Around advancement, awarded for killing a Frostbite with an Ice Ball.

- Added new ambient sounds for Ice.
- Added unique ambient sounds for Ice Crystals when placed above Packed Ice.
Changes
- Frostbite can now spawn in the new Ice Caves biome.
- Added Petrified Oak Slab to the Functional Blocks creative tab, after Tinted Glass Pane.

Fixes
- Fixed death messages for Ice Ball and Stone Ball projectiles.
Known Bugs
- Jukebox note particles appear inside the chest instead of above it.
- Icicles may generate on the floor instead of hanging from the ceiling.
- The surrounding texture of Icicles may not appear when they generate on ceilings or floors.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
