Changes
DMZ Ragnarok 1.1.443
Stops lost progress on server switches, adds weapon blocking and form level requirements, fixes melee after changing servers, and closes a long list of reported bugs.
New
- Block with weapons. Swords, axes, tridents, DragonMine Z weapons and Tinkers' Construct weapons can now block like empty hands.
- Minimum level to use a form. Server owners can set a minimum level per form in the form editor, including the ultimate form. Players below it cannot transform into that form.
- Yardrat and Konatsian race models and textures are now built into the mod.
- Credits for Kiba, CalamityKage, Rradly and WolfyKip.
Your character is safe
- No more losing stats and levels when a server switch fails. A switch that never completes is taken back and saved, and a player stuck after a failed switch is saved before moving again.
- Switching character slots saves immediately, so items cannot be lost if something goes wrong right after.
- Dungeon rewards never vanish. If your inventory is full they are dropped somewhere safe or delivered when you next log in.
- Space pods and saiyan ships are returned if they cannot travel with you to another server.
Combat and progression
- Melee works right after changing servers.
- Prestige resets transformation mastery, including Oozaru and Kaioken.
- Quests that need Namek or the Sacred World of the Kai also count the Namekow and Kaioken islands.
- Super Saiyan grades 2 and 3 keep your cosmetic shirt.
- Training Goku fights instead of running away.
- Always-on racial passives no longer flicker when you buy stats.
- Players on a class that no longer exists are moved to a valid class and can pick again.
- Forms are never left locked behind a quest that was deleted.
World and travel
- Planets load and can be landed on on worlds created before the planet dimensions existed.
- Touching a world border no longer locks your movement and camera.
- Tournament fighters always spawn standing on the arena, never under the floor.
- Pre-rendered maps for the overworld, Namekow and Kaioken, plus Namek and Sacred Kai waypoints, installed once through the launcher without touching your own map or waypoints.
- Waypoints and your explored map now carry between OW1 and OW2.
Protection, guilds and staff
- Planet Vegeta is protected from block breaking and NPC damage.
- Armor stands and item frames are protected in guild claims and regions.
- Guild permission toggles save and no longer snap back.
- New players always receive the default permission group.
- Staff shift time survives a server restart.
- The number of players needed for the Super Saiyan God ritual is configurable.
- Form descriptions can be cleared in the editor.
Requirements
- Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47.4.20 or newer
- DragonMine Z 2.1.3, GeckoLib and Curios (required)
- Needed on both the client and the server
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
