Dragged's Simulated Tree Chopper
Trees fall over with real physics when you chop them. Drag trunks around with shift-right-click. Pick up a whole fallen tree in one swing. Built for NeoForge 1.21.1 with Sable, HT TreeChop, and an optional integration with Immersive Weathering.

This is the first public release of the core tree mechanics for Ascension Theory. This version focuses on bringing a tactile, physics-based approach to forestry, moving away from "floating" logs and toward a realistic timber-processing workflow.
Realistic Felling: When you chop a tree, it doesn't just disappear. The trunk becomes a physics body that tips, tumbles, and reacts to the environment.
The Drag System: Shift-right-click any fallen log to manually drag the tree. This allows you to haul timber across the world to your designated sawmill or processing area. Click again to drop it.
Seamless Processing: Breaking any log on a settled, fallen tree causes the entire structure to harvest your logs. To keep your inventory clean, logs land at your feet as a single "stack burst."
Performance Optimized: Large modded trees are handled by splitting them into smaller, manageable chunks per chop. This prevents massive modded variants from causing server TPS spikes.
Smart Cleanup: Fallen trees persist while you are working in the area. If you wander more than 64 blocks away or log off for five minutes, they will dissolve automatically to keep the world tidy.
Requires NeoForge 1.21.1 + Sable + HT TreeChop + Immersive Weathering.
Every threshold is config-exposed. See config/draggeds_treechopper-common.toml.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
