Changelog

Two new config options:

ignoreRespawnPoint: Ignores set spawnpoints through beds or respawn anchors. The mod handles all respawns.
alwaysRandomRespawn: The mod doesn't save the coordinates on spawn, and a new location is generated for each respawn.
