Added
- Fishing Journal: Access a dedicated logbook to view your complete catch history, categorized by biome and species.
- Catch Size Tracking: Species now record your minimum and maximum catch sizes, with Perfect Catches favoring larger fish.
- Journal Keybind: Open the Fishing Journal anytime using the 'J' key.
- Legendary Ripple Tier: A new gold-tinted ripple tier that appears across all biomes once your Fishing Journal reaches 100% completion.
- Starfin Leviathan: A rare capstone species unlocked alongside the Legendary ripple tier, complete with its own dedicated journal section.
- Legendary Rod Skin: Unlock a cosmetic appearance for the Dreamlight Fishing Rod upon achieving 100% journal completion.
- Milestone Rewards: Earn bonuses at 25%, 50%, and 75% journal completion, including XP, permanent Luck boosts, improved ripple encounter rates, and guaranteed Perfect Catch bait.
- New Advancements & Notifications: Added 9 custom achievements tracking key milestones, including your first catch, Perfect Catches, rare ripple encounters, and biome journal completion.
Fixed
- Epic Ripple Minigame: Resolved an issue where tension scaling made Epic tier reeling impossible to complete.
- Journal Menu Crash: Fixed a visual rendering bug that caused the game to crash while viewing the Fishing Journal screen.
- Missing Item Textures: Fixed missing textures for the Starfin Leviathan and Lucky Bait items.
- Legendary Rod Display: Corrected an off-screen model position that caused the Legendary Rod icon to render blank.
- Pack Compatibility: Resolved pack format validation errors preventing resource loading on newer game versions.
Removed
- Placeholder fish entries.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
