Dynamic Surroundings Rebirth by uawiegrfv
A Forge/NeoForge port of Dynamic Surroundings(original mod by OreCruncher) for Minecraft , bringing the classic ambient experience to modern Minecraft: biome ambience, material footsteps, aurora, fog effects, weather and more.
1.4.1
Compatibility
Changes
1.4.1
Fixes
- Fixed the black curtain along the aurora edge on 1.20.1.
- Fixed compatibility with Spartan Weaponry; its weapons now have equip and swing sounds.
- Fixed footsteps repeating while descending on a physics structure such as Create Aeronautics.
Improvements
- The wind system is reworked: wind is separate from rain and blows on a clear day; every biome has its own wind character; the wind sound has a bed, a leaf layer and a howl.
- The weather system has been improved and fixed in various areas.
Changes
- The mod id is now dsrebirth and the jar is
dsrebirth-<game version>-1.4.1.jar.
Notes
- The mod is still a test build.
Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
