마크라이더를 위한 HUD 모드

카트라이더 : 마인크래프트는 데이터팩 기반의 모드로 서버 사이드 위주로만 작동하기 때문에, 클라이언트에서 보여지는 UI의 표현에 한계가 있습니다. 따라서 레이싱 중 보여지는 정보를 읽기에 불편할 수 있습니다.
이에 따라 본 모드는 카트라이더 : 마인크래프트 맵 및 데이터팩을 이용할 때 더욱 깔끔하고 보기 좋은 HUD를 제공하며, 이외에도 카트 엔진 적용 커맨드의 간소화와 같은 간단한 편의성 기능들을 포함합니다.

HUD Mod for KartRider : Minecraft

Kartrider: Minecraft is a datapack-based map that only operates on the server side, so there is a limit to the expression of the UI shown on the client. Therefore, it may be inconvenient to read the information shown during racing.
So, This mode provides a cleaner and better-looking HUD when using the KartRider: Minecraft map and datapacks, as well as simple convenience features such as simplifying kart engine application commands.

개발 및 배포 정책 변경 안내

카트라이더:마인크래프트 개발진은 (주)넥슨코리아의 대행사인 다지운다 측으로부터 카트라이더:마인크래프트와 관련된 추가적인 개발 및 콘텐츠 확장을 중단해 달라는 요구를 전달받았습니다.

이후 2026년 9월 21일 DynamicRider의 개발자인 oni0nfr1는 카트라이더:마인크래프트 개발진으로부터 해당 내용을 전달받았으며, 넥슨의 지식재산권을 보호하고 향후 발생할 수 있는 추가적인 분쟁 및 2차적인 문제를 예방하기 위해 해당 요구를 수용하기로 결정했습니다.

이에 따라 DynamicRider의 개발 및 배포 정책은 다음과 같이 변경됩니다.

• DynamicRider의 신규 콘텐츠 및 기능 개발은 중단되었습니다.
• 프로젝트의 소스 코드는 더 이상 공개되지 않습니다.
• DynamicRider는 더 이상 오픈소스 프로젝트로 제공되지 않습니다.
• 관련 법령에 따라 허용되는 경우를 제외하고, 저작권자 또는 관련 권리자의 명시적인 허가 없는 소프트웨어의 수정, 개작, 파생물 제작, 재배포 및 역공학을 금지합니다.
• 2026년 9월 21일 이후 새로운 콘텐츠 또는 기능을 추가하는 업데이트는 제공하지 않습니다.
• 현재 공개되어 있는 배포본은 2026년 9월 21일 이전에 이미 배포되었던 파일을 변경 없이 그대로 제공하는 것이며, 해당 시점의 프로젝트 상태를 현행 유지하기 위한 목적으로만 제공됩니다.

기존 배포 파일은 과거의 배포 시점과 파일의 동일성을 보존하기 위해 수정하지 않습니다. 따라서 일부 기존 배포 파일에는 당시 적용되었던 GPL 라이선스 관련 파일 또는 고지가 포함되어 있을 수 있습니다.

2026년 9월 21일 이전에 GPL 라이선스에 따라 적법하게 제공된 소프트웨어 사본에 이미 부여된 권리는 본 정책 변경에 의해 소급하여 변경되거나 철회되지 않습니다. 이는 과거에 이루어진 GPL 배포의 법적 효력을 부정하거나 철회하기 위한 정책 변경이 아닙니다.

본 조치는 기존 사용자가 당시 공개되어 있던 버전을 계속 이용할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 추가적인 콘텐츠 확장이나 파생 개발로 인해 발생할 수 있는 문제를 방지하고 관련 지식재산권을 존중하기 위한 것입니다.

Notice Regarding Changes to Development and Distribution Policy

The developers of KartRider: Minecraft were contacted by Daziunda, acting on behalf of NEXON Korea Corporation, with a request to discontinue any further development or expansion of content related to KartRider: Minecraft.

After then, September 21, 2026, the developer of DynamicRider, oni0nfr1, was subsequently informed of this request by the KartRider: Minecraft development team and decided to comply with it in order to respect NEXON's intellectual property rights and to prevent any further disputes or secondary issues that may arise in the future.

Accordingly, the development and distribution policy of DynamicRider has been changed as follows:

• Development of new content and features for DynamicRider has been discontinued.
• The source code of the project is no longer publicly available.
• DynamicRider is no longer provided as an open-source project.
• Except where permitted by applicable law, modification, adaptation, creation of derivative works, redistribution, and reverse engineering of the software are prohibited without the explicit permission of the copyright holder or other relevant rights holders.
• No updates adding new content or features will be released after September 21, 2026.
• The builds currently made available are the same files that had already been distributed before September 21, 2026, without modification, and are provided solely for the purpose of maintaining the project in the state that existed prior to that date.

Existing distribution files will not be modified in order to preserve their original publication history and file identity. As a result, some previously distributed files may still contain license files or notices referring to the GPL that was applicable at the time of their original distribution.

Any rights that were lawfully granted under the GPL to copies of the software distributed before September 21, 2026 are not retroactively revoked or modified by this policy change. This change is not intended to invalidate or revoke the legal effect of previous distributions made under the GPL.

These measures are intended to allow existing users to continue using the version that had already been made available while preventing further content expansion or derivative development that could result in additional issues, and to respect the relevant intellectual property rights.
