š Easy Server OPT (ESO) - Changelog
This update focuses exclusively on refactoring the underlyingĀ Event Handling architectureĀ to strictly follow Forge Mod Loader standards. All server optimization features and logic remain 100% unchanged.
š Refactoring Changes
Automated Event Registration:Ā Replaced manualĀ MinecraftForge.EVENT_BUS.register()Ā calls with Forge'sĀ @Mod.EventBusSubscriberĀ class-level annotations across the mod. Static Event Methods:Ā Converted allĀ @SubscribeEventĀ methods toĀ public staticĀ to comply with the automatic subscriber requirement. Config Separation:Ā Moved all configuration loading events (Load/Reload) out of the main mod class and intoĀ ModConfig.java, utilizing theĀ MODĀ event bus for cleaner architecture and separation of concerns.
š Features Status
All optimization mechanics continue to work flawlessly in the background exactly as before:
ā TPS-based auto-optimization (Runs silently every 2 seconds).
ā Aggressive XP merging and chunk mob limits (40 max).
ā Server sleep/tick-pause on empty.
ā Smart Villager AI freezing.
ā AllĀ /optĀ commands.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
