The dungeon Grapple Hook has a new look: a three-pronged claw that flies out, bites into the wood and pulls a real rope behind it. With the Eclipse client mod, the grapple now runs on your side, so it stays smooth even on a laggy connection. Swinging is steered with your movement keys: W pumps the swing, S brakes, A and D swing you sideways, and you can look around freely. Hold Space to climb the rope, hold Sneak to let it out, tap Space at the bottom of a swing to jump off, and use the hook again to let go. Playing without the client mod still works as before, and the game tells you where to get the mod for the smoother swing.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
