Changes
Surprise! I decided to backport Maple because of a popular request. The spile is also configured to work with Autumnity logs too!
In addition, the mod supports Vanilla Backport!
π Backported Maple & Syrup
- Maple Trees can be found in Forest, Flower Forest, and Windswept Forest.
- Tap for Sap: You can tap them for sap, which can then be boiled into syrup in heated cauldrons.
- Leaf Varieties: Leaves come in four colours: red, orange, yellow, and green. (Grow a sapling near flowers to get red and green leaves!)
- Complete Wood Set: Comes with a full suite of matching wood blocks and items.
- Sappy Maple Logs: Will drop if broken with Silk Touch; otherwise drops normal Maple Logs.
- Advancements: Includes backported Maple-related items and advancements.
π Inter-Mod Compatibility
- Autumnity:
- Spiles can be placed on Autumnityβs sappy maple logs and will deplete into the appropriate logs.
- Maple Syrup Bottles can be used in place of Autumnity's Syrup Bottles to craft Pancakes and Pumpkin Bread.
- Vanilla Backport:
- Added shelves for each wood type.
- Supports Pale Moss Layer.
- Supports Camel Husk with Chests.
- Farmer's Delight: Backported support for Farmer's Delight and Rustic Delight.
π οΈ Mechanics & Polish
- Wandering Trader: Added trades for Ecologics Saplings, as well as Seashells and Azalea Flowers. With Trade Rebalance, include the logs.
- Creative Inventory: Ecologics items are now added to vanilla tabs.
- Tags: Updated tags to account for better coverage across other mods.
π Bug Fixes & Optimization
- Fixed interaction with Moss Layer when right-clicking with non-moss items.
- Fixed a potential error spam issue regarding hanging coconuts.
- Fixed crash issues involving camels, specifically with Tiny Takeover Backport.
- Removed unused and unnecessary code.
- Under the Hood: Removed Architectury entirely. This necessitated rebuilding the Gradle environment but will result in a much cleaner runtime.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
