Elytra Breaks Glass

It werks...

Works by reducing the collision box of the glass block. This is intentional, and unless I can find a different way of making it work, that's how it will be.

Also, only works on blocks that extend TransparentBlock for now; i.e. Glass, Stained Glass, Tinted Glass, etc.

Known bugs:

• Blocks actually breaking is finicky at best
• Traveling at an angle past glass blocks shatters many at a time
• Glass items (except tinted glass) don't drop
• Panes don't break
• Ice blocks probably don't break?
